The Opportunity

As part of the Epic Consulting team, you will design, configure, test, and implement changes to assigned Epic system applications. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain rigorous standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating increasingly complex situations. This role offers the chance to lead operational work groups, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement modifications to assigned Epic system applications.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues while mentoring junior team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess requirements for new initiatives.
  • Lead operational work groups to enhance healthcare workflows.
  • Consult with Epic representatives and subject matter experts for impactful solutions.
  • Maintain exemplary standards of quality and professionalism in deliverables.
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Navigate complex situations to deliver innovative outcomes.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in Epic system applications

  • Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred

Travel Requirements: Up to 80%

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
