As a Tech Lead Engineer, Senior Manager, Global, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Exhibiting technical understanding that spans multiple platforms and portfolio of applications with demonstrated knowledge of the business strategic priorities in order to resolve complex problems.
Overseeing a geographically diverse team of developers including internal, contractor and supplier resources.
Utilizing Data Integration Tools (ADF, API Management, Enterprise Service Bus, and Rules Engine).
Securing quality code delivery from teams through code reviews/pull requests.
Experience with enterprise-class SaaS solutions.
Cooperating with senior leadership and peers across the organization to impact the strategic direction of application development.
Directing and facilitating formal and informal coaching and development activities for employees and coordinating contractors and managed service.
Preferred fields of study are Computer Applications, Computer Programming Preferred Knowledge/Skills.
