Senior Associate, Brand Management

Responsibilities

Leads a team to deliver high-quality alliance operations, balancing resources and aligning with strategic priorities. Oversees reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder communications, while driving process optimization and supporting team development. Builds strong relationships across internal and external partners and provides insights to guide decision-making.

What You Must Have

  • Proven experience in team leadership and resource management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate matrixed environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to quality.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in alliance ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Knowledge of market research databases (Factiva, OneSource, Bloomberg).
  • Exposure to consulting or professional services environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
