Your Team

If you join our Digital Assets Services, which is in full growth within PwC France, you will join a small team entirely dedicated to audit and consulting for our clients operating in the blockchain and crypto-assets sector (start-ups, large companies, financial actors). Immersed in an innovative environment, you will rapidly develop your skills through coaching, mentoring, and well-meaning feedback from team members.

Your Missions

You will be an active member of our expertise in Audit & Risks applied to Blockchain & Crypto-Assets, and will contribute, alongside the team, to the development of our services for our existing clients as well as the acquisition of new clients in this field, and to the management of the activity.

You will accompany clients in audit or consulting whose activities involve blockchain technology and crypto-assets, notably through:

  • Audit of the annual accounts of companies holding significant positions in crypto-assets or operating in the blockchain sector (start-ups, large companies, financial actors).
  • Evaluation of specific risks related to blockchain and crypto-assets activities.
  • Critical review and implementation of robust internal control benchmarks to secure crypto activities.
  • Understanding and critical review of the technological underpinnings of crypto-assets held by our clients (smart contracts, key generation and management, IT controls).
  • Verification of regulatory compliance, according to the requirements applicable to the sector.
  • Accounting and financial reporting advice for crypto-assets under IFRS, US GAAP, and French accounting standards.
  • Support of our clients throughout their blockchain and crypto-assets activities, from the first holdings/emissions of crypto-assets to M&A, restructuring, or IPO operations.

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (Master 2) obtained from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in accounting, management, or corporate finance.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in various financial audit missions and master the methodological frameworks as well as the rigor and quality requirements specific to the profession.
  • You have a pronounced interest in innovation and new technologies, particularly in blockchain technology. You demonstrate analysis, organization, critical thinking, and strong writing skills.
  • You have a strong commercial development spirit and a genuine entrepreneurial sense. You are enthusiastic about contributing to the development of PwC’s Digital Assets expertise by participating in the conquest of new clients.
  • You have a minimum B2 level of English proficiency, both orally and in writing.
  • You mobilize your relational skills to work effectively in a team.
  • You demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, innovation, and excellent interpersonal skills as well as good project management skills.
  • You have excellent writing skills and a strong ability to structure written summary notes.

Your Advantages

  • An innovative technological environment: access to cutting-edge tools like the TechLab, Copilot M365, and AI Factory to shape the world of tomorrow.
  • Unparalleled learning and development opportunities, thanks to our intelligent training platform and our culture of continuous feedback.
  • A stimulating performance cycle aligned with the PwC Professional framework to help you achieve your goals and strive for excellence day after day.
  • A positive and inclusive work environment to allow you to be fully yourself and collaborate effectively in service of our clients (parental leave programs, gender equity, health and well-being Be Well, Work Well, LGBT+ inclusion, and maintaining employment for people with disabilities).

Our recruitment process takes place in several steps:

  • Online evaluation with an English test.
  • HR interview.
  • Meetings with operational teams (one or more physical interviews).
  • Verification of information: before hiring, a specialized organization will verify the elements on your CV.
