Operations AI Engineer

PwC's Strategic Analytics & Operations practice is looking for Operations AI Engineers to join our growing team and help deliver cutting-edge AI-driven solutions to some of Greece's most complex operational environments.

Make a real impact

• Design and develop AI and machine learning models applied to supply chain, logistics and operations optimization
• Build and deploy predictive analytics and automated solutions for large-scale operational networks
• Develop AI-based and agentic decision-support tools that autonomously monitor, reason and recommend actions across complex operations
• Leverage vibe coding and AI-assisted development environments combining tools like Cursor and Claude to accelerate solution building and prototyping
• Design multi-agent systems capable of handling end-to-end operational workflows with minimal human intervention
• Translate complex operational challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of consultants, data engineers and client stakeholders
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior client leadership

What you bring matters

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or Mathematics
• 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)
• Hands-on experience with vibe coding and AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or similar)
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering and AI orchestration is a strong advantage
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics or operations domains is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
