O2C Manager

Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.

Your future role:

• Oversee the daily execution of safeguarding reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex, aged, and high-value reconciliation breaks,
• Coordinate with Controllership and other departments on exception analysis and resolution,
• Own and manage the creation, updating, and enhancement of process documentation, including runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Lucid charts,
• Mentor and provide guidance to Reconciliation Analysts, acting as a point of escalation,
• Report on reconciliation status, key metrics, and risks to senior leadership.

Apply if you have:

• Extensive experience - at least 10 years in cash allocations, finance operations, customer services within order to cash,
• Strong technical proficiency – hands-on experience with reconciliation software and accounting and invoicing systems, advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ability to quickly learn new tools,
• Solid understanding of financial controls and safeguarding principles, including risk identification and mitigation in reconciliation processes and credit control practices;
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills – ability to investigate complex cases, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
• Experience in process documentation and improvement – creating and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and process maps, and driving automation or efficiency initiatives,
• Leadership capabilities – mentoring team members, acting as a point of escalation, and reporting key metrics and risks to senior leadership.
