Social Return Coordinator

The Social Return team coordinates all Social Return within PwC: from procurement, plan of approach, execution, reporting, and all the data needed for it. The definition of Social Return differs per assignment and client and that makes it a complex reality.
The Social Return team is looking for a new colleague! We are looking for a colleague for 32 - 40 hours per week who will take care of the correct and timely contract management of our Social Return. You will keep an overview in a complex reality with attention to detail. You are a problem solver and puzzle enthusiast who can handle changes, setbacks, and successes. Therefore, you are analytically strong, data-driven, and socially aware with an eye for the human side of Social Return. Are you interested? Read on!
This is what you will do:
- Contract management of Social Return - Keeping track of our central database and all the administration around Social Return; from procurement to completion of assignment; Monitoring the progress of execution and reporting Social Return; Mapping and monitoring the agreements made with subcontractors; Monitoring all documents for this process.
- Data management of Social Return - Processing people data for Social Return; Processing data about our purchases from social entrepreneurs; Processing data from our social projects.
- Maintaining close contact with stakeholders in the various businesses within PwC as well as with PwC clients.
- Understanding the various requirements regarding Social Return, as well as the underlying social context from which these requirements arise.
- Supporting SR consultations, social activities, internal and external communication, and answering questions about SR topics.
- Supporting and reporting to the Manager of the Social Return team.
Here you recognize yourself in:
- You have a demonstrable HBO work and thinking level.
- You are used to handling large amounts of confidential data and keeping an overview in different digital systems.
- You preferably have experience with Excel and Alteryx. Experience with Wizzr is a plus.
- You are communicative, analytical, and organizationally strong.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and good English.
- You are collegial, positive, and enjoy putting the puzzle pieces together.
- You have the ability to stay sharp under hectic conditions and with various routine activities.
- You are self-directed, have a proactive attitude, and can prioritize.
- You are available for 32 - 40 hours per week.
