In the MCBD team, our purpose is to create brand value through quality communications that resonate with our clients and audience, as well as to support our client-facing colleagues.

What You'll Do:

• Support team members and work closely with other stakeholders in organizing various projects;
• Independently perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the team's activities;
• Conduct research and analyze data (surveys, social media, web analytics, etc.);
• Assist in the organization of internal and external events and attend the events for logistical support and to facilitate their success;
• Assist in preparation of internal and external communications;
• Assist in preparing and posting online content on the company's social media profiles;
• Prepare presentations for various users;
• Communicate directly with suppliers/agencies to prepare branded materials/merchandising; keep track of branded merchandise;
• Support the team with preparation of marketing, communications, and video materials.

What We Expect From You:

• You have recently graduated or are in your final year of undergraduate or graduate studies, with expected graduation date no later than February 2026 (in this case, ability to work full-time is a requirement);
• Previous work experience (up to 1-2 years) in similar jobs (student jobs, internships, full-time jobs) will be considered as an advantage, but it is not a requirement;
• High level of digital literacy (MS Office, Microsoft 365 tools);
• High level of literacy in both English and Croatian (oral and written - CEFR level C1);
• Understanding and proficient use of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube);
• Interest in creating design solutions using MS Office and Microsoft 365;
• Interest in creating video content;
• Excellent communication and people skills;
• Good understanding of the market, and marketing and communication principles;
• Demonstrable ability to adhere to multiple deadlines and balancing multiple projects;
• Resourcefulness (digital, databases, and online resources);
• You are well-organized, flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented;
• Willingness to continuously learn and open to new experiences, with proactive approach;
• Ability to work autonomously.
