JIRA Service Management Administrator

The Application Managed Services team is a part of PwC Poland, involving 66 superheroes who react before anyone even notices a problem! Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients' growth. We are looking for a Jira Service Management Administrator.

About the role: We are seeking a skilled Jira Service Management (JSM) Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Jira Service Management environment. This role is critical for ensuring smooth IT service operations and supporting business workflows across multiple teams.

Your future role:

  • Create, administer and maintain Jira Service Management projects, queues, SLAs, and automation rules
  • Configure workflows, request types, forms, and custom fields to meet business requirements
  • Manage user permissions, roles, and access controls
  • Implement integrations with other tools (e.g., Confluence, monitoring systems, ITSM platforms)
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and configurations
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to improve service delivery and user experience
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards

Apply if you have:

  • Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, preferably with Jira Service Management
  • A strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM processes
  • Experience in Jira automation, scripting (e.g., Groovy, ScriptRunner), and reporting
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration tools
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • English language skills at C1 level, including technical terminology

Nice to have:

  • Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-400, or similar)
  • Experience with other Atlassian tools such as Confluence or Bitbucket
  • Knowledge of cloud vs. data center environments
  • Familiarity with integration platforms like ZigiOps or similar tools
  • Enthusiasm for AI and related technologies
