Deals Manager

Responsibilities:

路 Highly evolved problem structuring, solving skills (which includes both a quantitative and a qualitative orientation); strong analytical thinking, ability to leverage and apply problem solving frameworks across a variety of industries, problem and situations

路 Building productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively providing and seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback;

路 Managing a team to a successful project conclusion through problem solving global, enterprise-wide strategy issues;

路 Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships;

路 Communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats; and,

路 Conducting and managing market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the timely synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights, and the ability to readily grasp analytical frameworks and employ them effectively to either qualitative or quantitative evidence.

Mandatory skill sets:

路 Demonstrated academic & leadership achievement

路 Real thought leadership, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills (which includes both a quantitative and a qualitative orientation);

路 Have reputation of a creative thinker and be able to solve complex problems

路 Demonstrated ability to lead teams to drive results and outcomes in a dynamic environment

Preferred skill sets:

路 Personal leadership qualities, including an ability to manage people, drive change, and accomplish challenging goals through and with others;

路 Have an emerging functional or industry platform and support of an industry/functional team

路 Business judgment and maturity, including the ability to develop a "big picture" view Intellectual curiosity;

路 Strong personal presence, combined with compelling and professional presentation and communication skills;

路 Able to develop productive relationships with clients at multiple levels

Years of experience required: 5-7 Y

Education qualification: MBA tier 1 college

Degrees/Field of Study required: MBA (Master of Business Administration) Degrees/Field of Study preferred:
