Job Description

In infrastructure engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable technology infrastructure solutions for clients. Within Advisory, we have a large team focused on driving government transformation through digital inclusion. We are seeking a candidate who is motivated to work with government clients and make a positive societal impact. The successful candidate will be expected to work proactively and effectively across client engagements and take ownership of delivering the entrusted scope of work.

Responsibilities

Lead Government Process Re-engineering: map AS-IS/TO-BE processes, streamline and digitize workflows, and define citizen-centric KPIs.

Plan and monitor e-governance projects: maintain schedules, track risks/issues/dependencies, coordinate vendors, and report on KPIs/SLAs.

Support contract management: contribute to Statements of Work, change requests, compliance tracking, performance reviews, and service credits/penalties.

Elicit and document requirements: run workshops/interviews; produce documentations, user stories/use cases, and acceptance criteria; maintain traceability.

Develop strategic roadmaps, guidelines, and frameworks: define objectives, milestones, standards, and measurement plans.

Drive change management: stakeholder analysis, communications planning, training coordination, and adoption metrics.

Coordinate application rollout: plan releases, prepare cutover/runbooks, manage hypercare, and support end-user onboarding/training.

Analyze implemented solutions: assess fit against requirements, identify gaps, and recommend remediation or enhancements.

Conduct feasibility studies for new or amended solutions: evaluate options, estimate effort/cost, assess risks, and outline implementation approach.

Support application audits: coordinate performance testing/tuning, security assessments, and quality certification readiness.

Prepare strategies and execution plans: define delivery approach, resourcing, governance, and KPIs.

Evaluate projects and measure impact: track outcomes, benefits realization/ROI, capture lessons learned, and recommend course corrections.

Manage bid processes with procurement: conduct pre-bid meetings, handle clarifications, support technical/commercial evaluation, and assist in award decisions.

Contribute to business development: identify opportunities, support solutioning, develop proposals, and participate in client presentations.

Provide other related consulting and implementation support as needed.

Mandatory Skill Sets

2+ years' experience across DPR development, RFP/bid management, GPR, management consulting, business analysis, business development, strategic planning, and change management.

Government sector exposure: Central/State/ULBs and collaboration with Ministries/Departments (multi-State/UT experience preferred).

Capability to design data collection, consolidation, validation, reporting, and analysis mechanisms for apex-level decision-making.

Hands-on experience with e-Governance programmes, including monitoring, evaluation, and delivery.

Data analysis and reporting to support decision-making

Related e-governance consulting capabilities, etc.

Years of Experience Required

2-10 years of relevant work experience.

Education Qualification

BE /BTech/MCA and MBA (or any equivalent full time management program of at least 12 months)
