Associate Business Analyst

At PwC, our people in infrastructure focus on designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. In infrastructure engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable technology infrastructure solutions for clients. Your work will involve network architecture, server management, and cloud computing experience.

Within an IT team, Business Analysts act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.

As an Associate Business Analyst you will support the business analysis team by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.

As a Business Analyst in our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen through the following accountabilities:

• Adhering to standardized business analysis processes & framework.
• Assist to gather and document business requirements.
• Support on basic research and analysis.
• Support business analysts with process models and workflows.
• Help with user acceptance testing

As a Associate Business Analyst you will have the following knowledge and skills:

• Basic business analysis skills.
• Research and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of process modelling and workflows.
• Ability to apply overall basic technical knowledge within the role.
• Ability to solve simple tasks, using common sense and quick thinking
• Utilising detailed instructions and analysis, often with guidance from the Team Leader.
• Ability to organise day-to-day tasks with direct and specific guidance from Team Leader.
• Make an impact through completion of assigned day-to-day tasks

Mandatory skill sets: Business Analyst, Business Analysis, Process modeling, documentation, ADO & UX skills, basic Technical knowledge, requirements gathering
