Responsibilities include:
- Salesforce Administration
- High level understanding of environment maintenance tasks such as managing admin access, governance, compliance, managing sandboxes, post-refresh configurations, handling confidential data masking/deletion, Single Sign On configuration, Certificate & Key Management, License Management etc.
- Understanding of and experience with general salesforce setup, functionality and configuration such as workflows, validation rules, triggers, field updates, page layouts, record types, formula fields, report types etc.
- Experience working with integrations setup and service account administration and integrations support using tools like Postman.
- Understanding of the tasks required to complete full copy sandbox refreshes and the potential pre and post refresh tasks to be completed based on the usage of the sandbox (testing, training, code deployment etc.)
- Proficiency with Data Loader, Workbench tools, Informatica, etc.
- Reports and dashboards development/maintenance experience. Metadata analysis experience.
- Troubleshooting incidents in stage and production environments, ServiceNow familiarity for reporting and configuration;
- Establishing system health and capacity is reviewed and enhanced as needed;
- Documenting SOPs, and perform knowledge transfer to others;
- Displaying skills or familiarity CRM Analytics (formerly, Einstein Analytics) is a Plus.
- Skills in CRM Analytics administration and familiarity with dashboards, lenses, recipes, data sets, etc. is a plus;
- Any skills with Python scripting or other tools will be a plus.
- Version Control and Build/Deployment Tools
- Exposure to Apex and Visualforce development. Development background is a plus.
- Release Management experience using Salesforce DX, GIT, Azure DevOps (VSTS), YML scripting, Visual Code Editor, etc.
- Understand management of source code for branch, merge, code conflict resolution strategy, configuration data management, versioning.
- Release deployments using Azure DevOps (or a similar tool)
- Experience with ANT, change set deployments
- Any other DevOps relevant experience that may include tools like Jenkins, Copado etc.
- Ability to work with developers and monitor branch and repository health.
- Mulesoft
- Mulesoft operations experience, code review experience, administration;
- Mulesoft DevOps (using Azure DevOps or similar tool), deployments, repository maintenance etc.
- Marketing Cloud Experience, Datorama, Marketing Cloud personalization (optional)
- Experience with Marketing Cloud administration, MC connect, SSO, Data extension configurations, Integrations setup/configuration, Business unit and roles administration, Journey builders setup, etc.
- Marketing Cloud integrations setup/configuration
- Marketing Cloud email setup/management, external integrations, etc.
