Contact and coordination: You will be the first point of contact for HR matters in the business unit you support. You will help navigate all HR-related questions and ensure that matters proceed smoothly.
Mostly, you will work with the business unit management and senior executives.
HR process management: With the help of a generalist colleague, you will be responsible for the business unit HR support throughout the employee lifecycle: performance appraisal, compensation issues, labor and employment law matters, succession planning, key personnel development and retention,
As a consultant, you will support leaders in people issues, support and lead change management processes affecting the business unit.
Business support: You will support executive decisions with data, executive reports, and simulations, with a particular focus on budget preparation, headcount planning, and year-end closing.
Analyses and reports: Preparation of statements related to performance appraisal periods and ad hoc requests, support for the development of incentive systems
Strategic involvement: You will participate in business decision-making, cost planning. You will coordinate and manage organization development proposals and processes affecting the business unit.
Project management: You will participate in the implementation of HR projects across the entire company.
HR compliance: You will ensure that HR processes comply with legal and internal requirements, support audits, and meet regulatory requirements.
At least 3-5 years of experience in large company HR in an HRBP role
Higher education degree;
Active, fluent English language skills;
Analytical thinking, confident use of MS Excel, data-driven approach;
Openness to understanding business needs and developing creative solutions;
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, customer-oriented approach;
Leadership and proactivity: you not only execute tasks but also understand the underlying purpose;
Preference if you have worked in the Workday system.
