Technical Pioneer For Data & Innovations

As the business engineer, you will be our technical pioneer focusing on Data & Innovations. Your mission is to research emerging trends, find creative uses for our existing tools, and engineer novel solutions to our most pressing challenges. You will bridge the gap between platforms, automate key internal processes, and champion the use of data and AI to transform how we work.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct research on new technologies, AI kits, and data strategies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Design and implement creative solutions by leveraging and integrating our existing suite of software and data platforms.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts and workflows to streamline internal processes, reduce manual effort, and increase efficiency.
• Connect disparate systems and data sources and other integration methods to create a unified data ecosystem.
• Translate complex data science concepts and the benefits of AI into clear, compelling language for diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Prototype and test new ideas, moving quickly from concept to viable solutions

Must-Have

• Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau for creating insightful reports and dashboards.
• Strong Business Logic: You can quickly grasp business challenges and translate them into technical requirements and impactful solutions.
• Understanding of AI: You have a strong conceptual and practical understanding of modern AI, including LLMs, and can identify practical use cases.
• Rapid Learner: Demonstrated ability to pick up new skills, platforms, and complex technical concepts quickly and independently.

Nice-to-Have

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages for building integrations and automation.
• A degree in a math-heavy field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering), Business Intelligence/Analytics, or a logical discipline combined with professional experience.
• Familiarity with modern collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Atlassian suite).
• A strong awareness of data security principles and best practices.
