Those in IT operations support at PwC will focus on providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to provide smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure. Your role will focus on providing L1 and possibly L2 support.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the IT Operations Support team you will fulfill service requests with a focus on user and systems access while maintaining service-level objectives are met. As a Specialist you will provide specialized technical knowledge, handle intricate tasks, and conduct thorough analyzes to support specific projects. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your skills in service delivery and client support to drive impact and enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill service requests focusing on user and systems access
  • Maintain service-level objectives consistently
  • Provide specialized technical knowledge to support projects
  • Conduct thorough analyzes to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles for user guidance
  • Manage complex technical issues and drive resolution efforts
  • Utilize communication skills to support client interactions
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team environment to improve service delivery

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in Service Delivery in a large-scale cloud environment
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting application and infrastructure incidents
  • Experience creating and updating documentation/knowledge base articles
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Cloud certification AZ - 900
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Intermediate scripting and automation skills
  • Skilled in SQL and MongoDB
  • Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow preferred
  • Excelling in technical communication and client service skills
