PwC Transaction Services Analyst

Within Transaction Services, a team is entirely dedicated to transaction issues in the banking and insurance sectors.
You will join a dynamic team of human size, where you will be involved in missions both in France and internationally, in collaboration with our local overseas network of offices.
What you can expect from us:
As an experienced analyst, you will be directly responsible to an associate or manager and will be expected to lead missions and manage a team of collaborators.
You will work on all types of companies in the banking and insurance sectors for financial due diligence missions (at purchase or sale):
- Analyze the historical and future performance of a target and identify associated risk areas
- Establish valuation issues: non-recurring profitability elements, debt-like liabilities, working capital normative level
- Assist in the price calculation
- Model and review models
- Draft transfer contracts
- Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders: financial departments, lawyers, investment bankers, strategy consultants, tax advisors, etc.
- Accompany as an autonomous interlocutor on your topics to help your clients in their decision-making
What we can expect from you:
- You are a graduate of a business school, engineering school or equivalent university degree in finance
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience related to our business in the financial sector (banking or insurance)
- Your level of English is common
- You are recognized for your technique but also for your teamwork
- You have excellent analytical skills and a true business sense
