Wholesale Controller Iberia

Join the PVH Finance team as a Wholesale Controller Iberia on a permanent contract.

The position is located at the Hub headquarters in Paris and is to be fulfilled as soon as possible.

We are looking for our new Wholesale Controller Iberia within the Finance department of PVH France. You will be responsible for the control (full P&L) of several distribution channels related to Wholesale business, as well as all financial analyses linked to these channels across Spain and Portugal.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate all budget and re-estimate cycles with operational teams.
• Monitor and maintain P&L profitability (Net Sales, Dilution, Gross Margin, etc.).
• Coordinate monthly closings with the accounting and finance teams based in France, Netherlands and Belgium.
• Provide alerts and propose action plans across all P&L lines (from net sales to EBIT).
• Ensure effective communication and compliance with reporting deadlines for the hub and the group (for management and the EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam).
• Draft business reviews, business plans, and strategic plans for the scope.
• Manage financial projects (e.g., operating model changes, business improvements (payment terms, etc...)).
• Identify the needs of the operational teams for the implementation of ad hoc or recurring analyses.
• Responsible for analyzing and monitoring all OPEX and CAPEX investments.

About you:

You ideally have at least 4-5 years of similar experience in the fashion/retail world in a multicultural environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

You have a good knowledge of the office pack, especially Excel.

Languages used daily are French and English, both spoken and written.

For this position, Spanish (both spoken and written) is a must.

Travel to Madrid will be required from time to time.

Being reactive and taking ownership in your job are key skills.
