This role sits at the heart of HR Services and plays a meaningful role in shaping how HR processes are designed, understood, and experienced across the organization. Working in close partnership with the Service Excellence team in Amsterdam, you help bring structure and clarity to complex ways of working, translating them into clear stories, intuitive workflows, and well-designed documentation that teams can truly rely on.
Beyond documentation, this role is about momentum and progress - supporting practical process improvements, strengthening how HR services operate day to day, and helping turn good ideas into workable solutions. Through thoughtful process design, strong system understanding, and a continuous improvement mindset, you help make HR processes simpler, more consistent, and better for both teams and associates.

Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline; 5-7 years of Workday experience and Service now in a HR context.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday (required) Experience with ServiceNow in an back end HR context (highly preferred) Proven experience writing SOPs and operational documentation Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data and metrics Experience supporting system changes, testing, and user validation Structured, detail-oriented, and improvement-focused Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong eye for structure and storytelling
