You'll be part of a collaborative HR team, working closely with the European People Experience & Advisory team based in Amsterdam to support HR processes and administration across the region. With a strong focus on associate queries and needs, you bring a natural talent for shaping knowledge that is clear, easy to understand, and thoughtfully designed, making information accessible and genuinely helpful at every stage of the employee experience.
Serve as the first point of contact for associate HR queries across the full employee lifecycle, delivering clear, consistent, and timely support
Resolve recurring and standardized queries independently, applying policies and guidance accurately
Support associates across multiple European countries, working within defined frameworks and recognizing country-specific differences
Triage complex or non-standard cases to the appropriate HR teams, ensuring smooth handovers and clear context
Manage and prioritize tickets to meet service levels and maintain a positive associate experience
Own and continuously update HR knowledge content, including FAQs, articles, and guidance materials
Design and format knowledge so it is intuitive, easy to navigate, and simple to understand for associates
Identify trends in queries to improve guidance, close knowledge gaps, and reduce repeat questions
Collaborate closely with HR Operations and the European People Experience & Advisory team in Amsterdam to align content and support processes

Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
2-5 years of HR support / shared services
Experience in HR support, shared services, or a people-facing operational role
Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and common HR processes
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate information into clear, associate-friendly content
A natural eye for structure, formatting, and knowledge design
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple requests at once
Service-minded, empathetic, and focused on associate needs
Curious and proactive, with an interest in improving how HR support and knowledge are delivered
Skill development in Workday, ServiceNow, and operational processes
Hybrid working model and a dynamic international environment
Exposure to varied tasks - from routine administration to solving process puzzles
