Role

The Sales Associate, reporting directly to the store management team, will be tasked with being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and retaining customers throughout the entire sales process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with international customers, providing product details and PVH Italy values
• Use effective sales techniques to achieve the set objectives
• Promote the company culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador
• Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work environment
• Assist in the constant maintenance of visual merchandising standards
• Verify the stock present in the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire product range and sizes are present

Requirements

• Previous experience in the role in retail contexts
• Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills
• Excellent standing and polished appearance
• Excellent relational and customer service skills
• Availability to work on shifts, especially on weekends
