Training Specialist
The Training Specialist will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Transformation and play a critical role in driving the global training strategy for Digital Wholesale Selling, GTM, and Operations (Digital WHS). This individual will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that promote the adoption and effective use of digital wholesale tools across all markets.
With a strong user-first mindset, the Training Specialist will tailor training programs to meet the unique needs of each region for each tool, ensuring relevance, engagement, and measurable outcomes. A key responsibility includes leading and growing the Super User community—empowering key users to become advocates and experts in digital tools, processes, and best practices.
Additionally, this role will oversee the content strategy and execution for the Digital Academy platform, ensuring a steady pipeline of innovative, relevant, and high-impact training materials. The Training Specialist will also support broader Commercial Operations initiatives, contributing to the development of best-in-class training resources that accelerate digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires excellent organization and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Success for this role will be ensuring the sales teams are fully ready and confident to kick-off the selling season and building a strong relationship with all stakeholders locally and within our international markets.
The role will require to travel abroad (in and outside of Europe) from time to time. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, customize, and deliver comprehensive training solutions for Digital Wholesale Selling, GTM, and Operations across regions and teams.
- Manage and grow a global network of Super Users by providing tools, guidance, and regular engagement to drive adoption and champion best practices in digital tools and processes.
- Create strategies to increase engagement with digital wholesale platforms, ensuring users understand tool functionality and how it fits into day-to-day operations.
- Own the end-to-end development and maintenance of high-quality, engaging training content (e-learning modules, how-to guides, videos, etc.) for the Digital Academy platform.
- Adapt training content and formats to reflect the unique needs, workflows, and maturity of each market, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable training and change management resources that support broader Commercial Operations goals and transformation efforts.
- Use analytics and feedback to evaluate training outcomes and continuously improve learning experiences.
- Foster excitement and engagement around digital initiatives through clear, compelling communication and active collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, webinars, and live workshops to support digital tool rollouts, enhancements, or re-engagement efforts.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1 - 3 years of function-relevant working experience
- Master's degree
- Excellent project management and organization skills
