The Role: What You'll Do

As our Business Development Representative, you are the face of PuroClean. With a "One Team" mentality, you will identify and build relationships with key "Centers of Influence" to ensure we are the first call when disaster strikes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and service a "Top 25 Client" list; host "Lunch and Learns" and promote continuing education courses.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive growth through consultative, objective-based marketing within your assigned territory.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Educate prospects on why PuroClean is the gold standard in restoration, ensuring brand awareness and integrity.
  • Project Oversight: Communicate clear job estimates and follow up on assigned projects to ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a professional who is as empathetic as they are driven. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess the "gift of gab" to turn a cold lead into a long-term partner.

Qualifications:

  • Effective Communicator: Ability to ask open-ended questions and deliver a compelling brand message.
  • Strategic Connector: Talent for identifying win-win opportunities and maximizing community partnerships.
  • Public Presence: Comfortable setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events.
  • Professional Integrity: A commitment to safety, brand identity, and professional presentation.

[!IMPORTANT] Language Bonus: While not required, fluency in Mandarin is a significant plus for this position to help us better serve our diverse local community in Whitestone and the surrounding areas.
