What You'll Do

1. Provide Employee Support: Deliver professional, responsive support for employee and manager inquiries across the full lifecycle.
2. Manage Data Lifecycle: Handle the end-to-end employee data lifecycle in Workday, accurately processing new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and policy-driven changes.
3. Ensure Data Quality & Compliance: Serve as a quality checkpoint for employee data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and supporting internal/regulatory reporting audits and compliance efforts.
4. Optimize Systems & Process: Identify and implement improvements to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, scalability, and automation of HR data processes.
5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with various internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a cohesive data experience and contribute to service excellence initiatives.

What You Will Bring

1. HR & HCM Experience: Hands-on experience managing employee data in an HCM system like Workday.
2. Attention to Detail & Data Focus: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data integrity.
3. Knowledge Base: Familiarity with data governance principles, compliance, privacy standards, and relevant labor laws.
4. Soft Skills: Customer-focused with excellent verbal/written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Work Ethic: Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and a team player attitude.
