Join the front lines of one of Pure Storage's fastest-growing regions, the ANZ market, as a Sales Development Representative. You will be the crucial first engagement point with new enterprise customers, responsible for uncovering and qualifying high-potential revenue opportunities. This role directly impacts the regional sales pipeline by driving growth and accelerating the tech transition to modern flash-based infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Channel Partners to execute a unified go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do
Generate High-Value Pipeline: Own the entire top-of-funnel process by executing strategic outbound campaigns and expertly qualifying inbound leads within the ANZ enterprise market to consistently set high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Drive Strategic Market Penetration: Proactively conduct deep account research and territory planning in partnership with Field Sales and Channel teams to identify key decision-makers and personalize outreach, ensuring maximum market impact and competitive advantage.
Accelerate Opportunity Development: Act as the strategic partner to Account Executives in the early stages of the sales cycle, moving qualified prospects into active opportunities, directly contributing to the regional sales pipeline targets.
Champion Modern Sales Methodology: Utilize and maintain a world-class sales enablement tech stack, including Salesforce and LinkedIn, to track engagement, analyze performance, and ensure data integrity for business forecasting and reporting.
What You Bring
Exceptional Enterprise Prospecting: Demonstrated ability to execute advanced outbound prospecting strategies to successfully engage and qualify net-new enterprise accounts and secure initial high-quality meetings.
Sales Acumen and Drive: A verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales pipeline or meeting quotas, coupled with a strong goal-oriented drive and resilience required to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
ANZ Market and Partner Knowledge: Foundational understanding of the ANZ (Australia/New Zealand) market landscape and proven ability to successfully engage and collaborate with Channel Partners to co-develop opportunities.
Data Center and Cloud Fluency: Working knowledge and understanding of cloud computing and modern Data Center Architecture to have credible, value-added conversations with IT decision-makers.
Location Requirement: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Melbourne office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
