What You'll Be Doing...
- Lead and manage the lifecycle of a comprehensive partner services enablement program, encompassing planning, design, implementation, operations, and evaluation, to ensure alignment with Pure's strategic objectives and partner needs.
- Team with PEAK to manage the partner certification program that validates the technical competencies and service quality of partners in the program.
- Regularly engage with and spearhead cross-functional projects involving global channels, PEAK, professional services, technical services, operations, engineering, business intelligence, and third party firms, to manage program structure, operations, and promotion, including the development of new enablement tools and partner-facing collateral, training, and support structures.
- Continuously monitor, assess, and communicate program performance via key performance indicators (KPIs). Own program reporting and updates to stakeholder organizations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a primary liaison for partners and Pure stakeholders regarding the Service Specialization program, offering assistance with technical inquiries and addressing program/project challenges to ensure a high level of partner satisfaction.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with partners, gaining a deep understanding of their capabilities and requirements, and ensuring their preparedness to deliver high-quality services to end customers.
- Maintain a proactive awareness of market trends and competitor activities related to specialization tracks, adjusting program strategies and offerings as necessary to sustain a competitive advantage.
What You'll Bring To This Role...
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager with 8+ years of experience in channel program management, preferably related to IT infrastructure, technical and professional services.
- Proven track record of successful development, implementation and management of partner enablement programs.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and drive results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with partners, customers, and internal teams at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Project Management Professional (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) or equivalent experience
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, New York, Chicago, Raleigh, or Lehi office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is:
$123,000 - $236,000 USD
