Digital Transformation Group (DTG)

The Digital Transformation Group (DTG) at Pure Storage is dedicated to enhancing internal digital experiences for employees, customers, and partners. DTG empowers the business by streamlining systems and processes that drive product and service innovation. As part of the Analytics Applications team, you'll help build intelligent, intuitive applications that surface data insights and operational workflows across the company.

Should You Accept This Challenge…

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on frontend development to design and deliver high-impact web applications. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to craft exceptional user experiences and build scalable, data-driven solutions. This is an opportunity to work on products that directly influence business outcomes and user satisfaction across Pure.

• Design and develop performant, reusable, and responsive frontend components using modern web technologies (React, TypeScript).
• Partner with UX designers to ensure technical feasibility implementation of designs.
• Build intuitive and consistent interfaces optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong unit and integration test coverage.
• Engage in end-to-end application development, from ideation through deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to the development of backend microservices (primarily in TypeScript and Python) to support frontend features.
• Work with data stores including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake to power analytics and business workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, continuous integration, and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders.

What You'll Need To Bring To This Role...

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
• Exposure to or willingness to learn Python FastAPI framework for building backend services.
• Experience with responsive UI design, accessibility best practices, and performance optimization.
• Ability to handle data operations in MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile software development.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
