Event Sales Administrator
Punch Bowl Social is hiring for a Rock Star Event Sales Administrator.
Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Punch Bowl Social is looking for a motivated and organized Event Sales Administrator to join our team and help us throw unforgettable events! You'll play a key role in supporting our Event Sales Managers during peak periods, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences from behind the scenes.
Your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
- Guest-first attitude and passion for hospitality
- Previous experience in full-service restaurants or events preferred
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Tripleseat is a plus
- Comfortable working days, nights, weekends, and holidays
What you'll be doing:
- Communicating with guests and clients via phone and email
- Supporting event sales efforts by managing administrative tasks
- Preparing event materials such as menus, signage, drink tokens, and more
- Assisting with event coordination and oversight to ensure flawless execution
- Creating and maintaining detailed event folders (BEO packets, wristbands, etc.)
- Printing and distributing daily event schedules
- Keeping backend tools like Tripleseat organized and up to date
- Maintaining equipment inventory and helping reproduce client receipts
- Preparing outreach and marketing materials to help drive sales
- Collaborating with FOH, BOH, and Culinary teams to ensure everyone is aligned
- Upholding Punch Bowl Social service standards and company policies
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods (up to 2 hours)
- Use of standard office equipment (phones, printers, computers)
- Movement throughout office and venue space as needed
