Proven positive track record in customer service management
Excellent leadership, organizational and decision-making abilities
Ability to motivate and mentor others and to set priorities for the team
Strong strategic, analytical mindset and a hands-on mentality
Extensive knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
German and English business fluent
