Your Mission
You offer excellent customer service and consistently implement it in line with PUMA values and established service standards.
You ensure that through effective customer service, your individual performance meets or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
You ensure a swift, competent, secure, and accurate completion of the sales transaction at the checkout.
You guarantee cleanliness and order in the store and compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines in accordance with PUMA values.
You are responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing goods.
You seek opportunities to improve the flow of goods and communicate these to your team.
You supplement our team in part-time employment with an exact working time of 10 hours per week.
Your Talent
First-hand sales experience, preferably in a dynamic retail environment.
Passion for the PUMA brand.
Customer-oriented, reliable, and friendly personality.
Strong team player.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly.
Computer skills, basic knowledge of MS Office programs.
