Manager Sales Sportstyle & Field Accounts is responsible for driving sales and developing Sportstyle & Field Accounts in line with the company's sales strategy.
Sales & Business Development
Deliver sales targets and KPIs
Identify growth opportunities within Sportstyle & Field Accounts
Drive sell-in and support sell-out performance
Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
Lead negotiations and ensure high service level
Understand partner needs and provide relevant solutions
Sales Planning & Execution
Manage pre-orders and in-season business in line with timelines
Monitor performance and take actions to improve results
Prepare commercial offers and support seasonal planning
Marketing & In-Store Execution
Work with marketing on campaigns and activations
Ensure strong brand presence in-store and online
Operations & Coordination
Ensure smooth order processing and product availability
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance)
Work experience in the position of Sales Manager for at least 2 years.
Higher education in economics, marketing, category management, etc.
English language - Intermediate level (part of the interview will be conducted in English).
Confident user of MS Office (Excel), knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, proactive, flexible, willing to learn, able to work in a team, open and confident.
Strong interest in global fashion trends, constantly updating knowledge about the latest developments in the sportswear industry and adapting them to customer needs.
