Your Mission

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Global Capability Centre (GCC) at PUMA India, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Drive end-to-end hiring across functions, with a strong focus on attracting high-calibre talent through innovative sourcing strategies and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Partner closely with business leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategy, learning needs identification, employee engagement, and key people initiatives.

Manage onboarding and enable seamless integration of new employees into the organization.

Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and grievance management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Manage HR operations, employee data, HRIS updates, and HR reporting with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Support learning and development initiatives across teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, IT, Admin, and global teams to support GCC growth and organizational priorities.

Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives aligned with PUMA's values and growth journey.

Your Talent

MBA / PGDM specializing in HR.

4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in GCCs, retail, technology, or other fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Strong experience in talent acquisition and business partnering, with a proven ability to attract and engage top talent.

Good understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and stakeholder management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Ability to work independently with high accountability and attention to detail.

Passion for building teams, enhancing employee experience, and contributing to a high-performance culture.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
