Leads, inspires and develops the individual team members and foster a strong team dynamic
Works closely with the GTM management team and GTM x-div Ops to ensure a smooth & aligned GTM process
Leads the divisional Ops team to ensure synergies, standardization of processes and best-practice development & sharing
Influences the optimization of the GTM process and tools
Leads the divisional operational team in order to be the central point of contact & communication for BUs and area regarding the seasonal information packs (FLOWS, MERCH PAGES, VLPS, Sneaker Calendars, sell-in tools etc.)
Drives communication with the markets - Is THE contact person for all GTM Divisional related queries
Builds strong links and drives the divisional ops team to coordinate milestones communications/meetings between Global GTM, BUs and Areas. Such as: Merch reviews, Line Freeze, Cancelation rounds, Sample rounds
Ensures & coordinates the maintenance the different systems with range information such as Tier 1, 2, 3, 4 initiatives. Mandatory ranges, segments, ISDs
Drives projects to standardize and to improve transparency and communication with the markets and the BUs across divisions
Facilitates business performance reports across all product categories, retail and wholesale, as well as regions and key countries to keep track of respective business development
Support GTM management team with the establishment of KPI targets and track defined KPI targets
Owns the monthly newsletter buildup
Works closely with GTM director & Merchandising coordinating, influencing, and steering the strategic aspects of GTM. More concretely the Key initiatives characterization models, BU and Marketing interactions related to Brand Building GTM processes like ROI project, Insights Packs, product lifecycles.
10-15 years of related experience
Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
International/Global mindset: experience taking into account the needs of local markets
Creative thinking, an eye for detail, and a feel for great design
Must be resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
Must be detail oriented and organized; ability to work across four seasons at once, all in various stages of development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include creative briefs, and presentations
Strong presentation skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite (especially PowerPoint)
Ability to manage a budget process, from forecast to tracking
Ability to stay focused while working under tight deadlines
Entrepreneurial spirit and energy
Ability to manage a team and conduct the interview/hiring process as necessary
Domestic and international travel required
Strong Digital/Interactive background a plus
Foreign language a plus, but not required.
