Duties
Your responsibilities include:
- Independent sales processing
- Ensuring cross-channel customer satisfaction
- Entering customer and sales data into the appropriate software system
- Individual engagement ring and wedding ring consultations
- Supervision of after-sales service
- Administrative tasks in the store
Qualification
What you need:
- Sales experience is advantageous
- Fluent in German (C1) and English in speech and writing
- Training as a goldsmith is advantageous
- Management, organizational, and sales skills
- Initiative, communication talent, and business acumen
- Customer orientation, flexibility, and personal responsibility
- Team player mentality
- Basic IT skills

Compensation & working hours
- Part-time to full-time 25-40 hours per week
- Approx. 1,350€ - 3,300€ per month depending on experience and working hours
- Expected start date: From October
- Location: In Bikini Berlin on EG/2.OG or in our showroom Torstr. 159
