Job Description:

As Store Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the effective operation of the cash and warehouse departments, ensuring that all company goals are met and that your team operates smoothly and efficiently.

Your Daily Routine:

• Smooth Store Operation: You’ll ensure the smooth operation of your departments and the overall store in collaboration with the Store Manager. You’ll oversee daily activities, successfully implementing company goals and leading your team with effectiveness.
• Maintenance of Company Operational Procedures: You’ll ensure that all daily activities are carried out according to the company’s established standards and policies, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
• High Level of Customer Service: You’ll create a positive environment for customers, offering them exceptional service that aims to understand their needs, on the one hand, and maximize sales and profitability on the other.
• Responsibility for Work Issues and Back-Office Projects: You’ll oversee and manage personnel issues and collaborate with headquarters to successfully complete projects that support the store’s operational needs.

We Are Looking For:

· Higher Education Degree: Degree from a recognized educational institution (IEK/TEI/University).

· 2-3 Years Experience in Retail: Experience in the retail sector, particularly in cash and warehouse departments.

· Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP Systems: Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems (such as SAP or Navision) is essential.

· Ability to Manage a Team and Handle Emergencies: Proven ability to lead a team and manage emergencies successfully.

· Ease of Using Microsoft Office and ERP Systems: Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems (such as SAP or Navision) is useful.

· Completion of Goals on Time: Ability to work under pressure and meet goals within the specified timelines.

· Good Knowledge of English: This knowledge will allow you to communicate effectively with people from different Household Appliances.

· Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
