Position Description:

As Sales Lead IT & Telephony you are responsible for the operation of the Technology & Telephony department, ensuring the effective organization of the sales team, the achievement of commercial goals and the provision of an excellent customer experience. The role combines technological knowledge, leadership ability and commercial approach, contributing to the growth of the category and the success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and guides the IT & Telephony sales team to achieve individual and team goals, providing continuous guidance and coaching.
• Monitors and analyzes performance indicators (Sales, KPIs, Conversion, Average Basket) and proposes improvement actions.
• Actively participates in the sales process, ensuring high level of service and effective management of customer needs.
• Organizes and supports sales team training on products, sales techniques and customer experience.
• Collaborates with store management for inventory management, ensuring product availability and proper product flow.
• Ensures the visual presentation of the department, in accordance with the company's visual merchandising standards.
• Monitors and submits sales reports, proposing actions to improve results.
• Ensures the compliance of the department with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Enhances team spirit and creates an environment of development and collaboration for the sales team.

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and team coordination, ideally in the Technology or Mobile Telephony product category.
• Leadership skills in team management and achievement of challenging commercial goals.
• Good knowledge of IT & Telephony products and market trends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic skills in IT handling and reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of English is considered an additional qualification.
