Job Description:

As a Department Head for Culture, you will ensure the effective operation of your departments, making sure that all company goals are met and that your team operates smoothly and efficiently.

Your Daily Routine:

• Smooth Department Operation: You will ensure the smooth operation of your department, overseeing daily activities, successfully implementing company goals, and leading your team effectively.
• High Level Of Customer Service: You will create a positive environment for customers, providing them with excellent service that aims to understand their needs, while maximizing sales and profitability.
• Maintenance And Promotion Of Corporate Identity: You will maintain and promote the corporate identity, ensuring that the company’s values and culture are reflected in every aspect of your department. You will take care of the appearance and proper presentation of the department, ensuring it reflects the quality and prestige of the company.
• Optimization Of Competitive Advantage: You will actively contribute to optimizing the company’s competitive advantage, proposing solutions to strengthen our market position.

We Are Looking For:

• Higher Education Degree: A degree from a recognized educational institution (IEK/TEI/University).
• Pre-Service Experience 2-3 Years In Retail: Experience in the retail sector, particularly in a related department or position, is considered essential.
• Excellent Knowledge Of Cultural Products: A deep understanding and knowledge of cultural products is required.
• Team Management And Crisis Management Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage emergencies successfully.
• Proficiency In Microsoft Office And ERP Systems: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (like SAP or Navision) is useful.
• Achievement Of Goals Within Binding Deadlines: Ability to work under pressure and meet goals within set timelines.
• Good Knowledge Of English: This knowledge will allow you to communicate effectively with people from different cultures.
• Communication And Negotiation Skills: Ability for effective communication and negotiation.
