About the role:

As Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and customer service teams, helping to keep our clients and projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for new business and remedial/installation works following compliance visits
• Analyse engineers' reports to ensure accurate client proposals
• Provide weekly sales and quote reports to the Sales Manager
• Educate and inform clients about essential safety compliance requirements
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales database
• Handle sales administration including quotations, letters, and client communications

What we're looking for (Skills Required)

• Results-driven and proactive approach
• A confident and credible communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Good commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Highly organised with IT/database experience (Excel essential)
