About the role:
As Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and customer service teams, helping to keep our clients and projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes for new business and remedial/installation works following compliance visits
- Analyse engineers' reports to ensure accurate client proposals
- Provide weekly sales and quote reports to the Sales Manager
- Educate and inform clients about essential safety compliance requirements
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales database
- Handle sales administration including quotations, letters, and client communications
What we're looking for (Skills Required)
- Results-driven and proactive approach
- A confident and credible communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Good commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Highly organised with IT/database experience (Excel essential)
