The Customer Operations Representative is responsible for processing accurate orders for PTC customers and partners, as well as for processing customer requests and investigating license-related questions. Our new colleague will collaborate closely with various departments, such as Finance, License Management, and Operations Teams, as well as with the Sales Organization. This role is part of a global team and will support order processing across regions.

Main tasks:

• Process complex order transactions (SFT, Services)
• Follow through to ensure completeness of pending orders/requests
• Communicate proactively with the internal stakeholders about order/request status and solve possible blockers.
• Leverage a strong expertise on implemented rules, policies, and processes

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Able to collaborate in a cross functional and global team environment
• Comfortable working in fast paced environments
• Able to deal with ambiguity and can take initiative
• Comfortable with sharing opinions to improve business and processes
