Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily BAU marketing activities for investment and insurance teams.
Assist in developing and executing marketing programs with limited budget but wide audience reach.
Coordinate with internal teams (BI, design, finance) to request data, prepare key visuals, and manage marketing assets.
Work closely with external partners (insurance companies) for campaign alignment, idea pitching, and negotiations.
Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Support the team in budget requests, reporting, and program documentation.
Gain exposure in marketing program design, execution, and partner management.

Qualifications:

Final-year student (thesis/final project stage) or fresh graduate, open to all majors.
Interest or background in financial services/insurance is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel, data crunching).
Creative skills in design (Canva, Adobe) to support key visual development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
Negotiation and presentation ability to effectively sell ideas to partners.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
