Psomas is seeking a skilled Resident Engineer to join our Construction Services team on a temporary, part-time project specific basis. In this role, you will lead public works infrastructure projects with a focus on collaboration and innovative problem-solving. You'll manage day-to-day project oversight, resolve challenges proactively, and ensure contract compliance. This position also calls for versatility, including supporting construction inspection, documentation, and other tasks with independence and precision.
This position primarily supports South-End projects (mainly south of Renton through greater Olympia) and may require variable working hours depending on project needs.
