HR Support Assistant

Prysmian Group is a global leader in cable and system solutions. We offer innovative products and services to improve energy and communication in the world. At our Wuppertal location, we are looking for support for our HR team.

What you will do:

  • Support our HR team with administrative tasks and ensure efficient personnel management.
  • Assist with time management and maintenance of the time tracking system.
  • Manage personnel files and help with the preparation of onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Support the creation of employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents.
  • Gain initial experience in human resources and be involved in the creation of reports and analyses.
  • Work on various HR projects and gain a deep insight into the strategic human resources work of an international company.

You can tailor your daily work to your strengths to develop your skills and incorporate your personal interests.

What you bring to us:

  • You are a registered student.
  • You have an interest in human resources and HR processes.
  • First practical experience in HR is beneficial but not required.
  • You have good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel).
  • You work independently, structured, and reliably.
  • You are a team player and have good communication skills.
