Key Account Manager (KAM) for Power Grids Business Unit
At Prysmian, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Power Grids Business Unit, focusing on Power Distribution (PD) and High Voltage (HV). The main objective of this role will be to plan and execute the commercial strategy for Power Distribution and High Voltage products, ensuring compliance with the budget allocated in Colombia.
Define and comply with the sales budget allocated to the Power Distribution and High Voltage business unit in Colombia.
Define the commercial strategy and sales plan for Power Distribution and High Voltage products.
Provide commercial and technical advice to customers regarding PD and HV products.
Develop new customers for the assigned BU.
Specify products when required.
Follow up on offers to ensure the minimum hit rate required to achieve the budget.
Coordinate, define, and support the marketing and advertising area in strategies that enable recognition in Colombia for both BUs.
Professional in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or related Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales of high-voltage electrical products and energy distribution to generation, transmission and distribution companies and contractors in the electricity sector in Colombia, such as Enel, Grupo EPM, Celsia, EBSA, among others.
Knowledge of the cable market and transmission/distribution solutions.
Negotiation, communication and results-oriented skills.
Willingness to travel within Colombia.
