Inside Sales Internship

We are looking for an Inside Sales Internship to join our offices of Prysmian Italy in Milan. Reporting directly to Italy Inside Sales Manager and working closely with the IS team, you will:

  1. Support the Inside Sales team to ensure the best service possible and satisfaction for our customers.
  2. Learn the activities using SAP, which includes confirmation of delivery schedule and shipping details.
  3. Assist the intercompany and transfer orders between Prysmian Italy and other Prysmian companies.
  4. Support all the shipping activities including paperwork and also related to customs.
  5. Facilitate the invoicing and payment processes.
  6. Help the team in monitoring the progress of material manufacture to ensure delivery date is met.
  7. Managing, preparing, and monitoring anti-mafia documentation, in compliance with Legislative Decree 159/2011 and subsequent amendments.

You are the right fit if you are:

  • Graduated in Economics/Engineering/Accounting.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel and Word).
  • Ability to write and communicate verbally in a professional business manner in Italian and English.
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Dynamic and willing to learn.
  • Previous experience in Sales environment will be considered as a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP) will be considered a plus.
  • Fluency in other languages will be considered as a plus.
