Customer Service Specialist

To join our Sales and Customer Service team in Energy Plant. In this role, you will manage customer orders, provide support throughout the delivery process, and respond to customer inquiries. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Finance teams and report to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Your responsibilities

  • Order management and delivery creation in the SAP system.
  • Collaboration with other departments within the company to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Purchase goods from other Prysmian factories in case of direct deliveries to customers.
  • Claim management and creation of credit notes.
  • Customer master data management in SAP.
  • Ensure the best possible customer service and on-time deliveries.

We are looking for a candidate who has

  • Good oral and written skills in English.
  • Previous work experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) is an advantage.
  • A friendly and proactive attitude towards other stakeholders.
  • Commitment to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new practices.
  • Accuracy in order handling and communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy times.
