Customer Service & Offer Management Specialist

As a Customer Service & Offer Management Specialist, you will quickly take on responsibility and be part of an international team. You will bring fresh ideas and approaches actively into the team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in the care of a defined customer base in the interior service include:

  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries
  • Identification of the corresponding products in the product portfolio, if necessary with MID and outside sales
  • Possibly suggesting alternative solutions
  • If necessary, initiating new constructions in cooperation with product management
  • Coordination of customer prices within predefined price lines
  • Clarification of manufacturing possibilities and delivery dates with the departments
  • Creation of the commercial offer in SAP and if necessary on customer portals or predefined tender documents
  • Compilation of all offer documents
  • Follow-up of offers together with the outside sales
  • Review of customers with regard to export control law (embargo, export-licensing-required products)
  • Clarification of local special requirements, regulations, approvals, and
  • Import regulations

Order Processing

  • Processing of orders in SAP and if necessary in customer portals
  • Checking orders for compliance with offers or framework agreements - technically, commercially (prices, delivery and payment terms)
  • Evaluation of risks and if necessary initiation of invoice or delivery blocks
  • Creation of order confirmations, recording of orders in the SAP system
  • Processing of country-specific special requirements in order processing (e.g., documents, test certificates, etc.), letters of credit in coordination with AD
  • Monitoring of dates and coordination of date deviations
  • Coordination of the departments involved in the order process
  • Follow-up of open receivables and clarification of overdue payments in cooperation with outside sales
  • Processing of commissions and bonuses

Reclamation Processing

  • Recording of complaints
  • Organization of returns
  • Guidance of corrective measures (replacement deliveries, credits, discounts) with AD

Your Profile

  • A completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
  • Structured, independent, responsible working method and hands-on mentality
  • Very good communicative skills in speech and writing
  • Experience in handling MS Office
  • Ideally experience with the ERP system SAP
