As a HRBP/Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a support role to the overall recruitment operations and enhancing the candidate experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination
• Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• Job Advertisement Management
• Assist in drafting and posting job openings on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Candidate Engagement
• Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups to engage potential candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Recruitment Event Support
• Help plan and execute recruitment events, career fairs, and other employer branding initiatives.
• Applicant Tracking
• Update candidate information accurately in the Talent Acquisition (TA) Tracker to ensure data integrity.
• Organizational Chart Maintenance
• Support the TA team in updating and maintaining organizational charts.
• Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative assistance to the TA team, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
