We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team. The Customer Service Associate plays a critical role in delivering accurate and timely member-level transaction processing while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and contribute to operational excellence across the organization.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is fully remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process customer transactions—including enrollments, beneficiary changes, disbursements, termination processing, and demographic changes—while meeting turnaround time standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain performance standards for accuracy, quality, and timeliness across both complex and routine transactions
  • Serve as a resource for issue resolution and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks
  • Support operational and strategic initiatives that drive process improvements and enhance customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products and services preferred
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with knowledge in Excel
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and process improvement

It would be a plus if you had:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Insurance experience
  • Experience with high-volume transaction processing

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $38,900.00 to $64,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
