Your day as a salesperson at Proximus starts with your colleagues before the shop opens and it’s the perfect time to motivate each other and set goals for the day.
As soon as the shop opens, you are ready with a beaming smile and a positive attitude to welcome customers with open arms. In our shops, you will juggle between customers curious about our products, others who need help solving problems, and others who rely on your advice in the field of telecommunications. Every interaction is unique and that makes your work varied. It’s especially your passion and determination that make you an excellent salesperson. We ensure that you learn sales techniques so that you can promote our products both in our shops and over the phone. Think of mobile subscriptions, television, internet, digital applications, our advanced fiber technology, and much more.

You are passionate about technologies and talk about them enthusiastically. You have a natural commercial flair or you are very motivated to fulfill a commercial role and derive satisfaction from achieving goals and targets. You know how to approach customers in our shops and through telephone contacts to sell them products. You are willing to work full-time, even on Saturdays (but not all Saturdays!). Flexibility is your middle name! You are willing to relocate to strengthen certain shops in your region and meet the needs of our customers. Customer relationships are sacred to you. You know that customer satisfaction is the key to building a strong and long-lasting relationship.
