Our agency APT is looking for an administrative assistant on a permanent contract.

You will support the existing team on all administrative aspects and welcome clients/employees with the following missions:

• Physical and telephone reception of beneficiaries, families, and employees of the structure
• Administrative management of staff: scheduling employees, managing replacements, medical visit appointments, validation of hours at the end of the month, preparation of employment contracts and hiring files, publication and follow-up of employment offers, recruitment, etc.
• Management of client requests: appointment scheduling, preparation of quotes/contracts, receipt of requests and presentation of services, management and follow-up of client administrative files

Profile:

• Bac to Bac+2 in administrative fields or in the field of personal services.
• Mastery of Office Pack (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social networks.
• Relational skills, benevolence, perspective-taking, and stress management.
